Alkaline Ramen is an Asian restaurant that specializes in ramen and modern Asian cuisine. They are non-traditional by design but authentic in their own ways. They are deeply experienced in not only Asian cuisine and culture but also food culture in general. Some may consider them a “fusion” restaurant but they prefer to think of it as a personal look at the first-generation Asian-American come up.
